The Middle East University MEU participated in the second national campaign launched by the Ministry of Environment, under the slogan: “With our determination to protect our environment,” which comes as an activation of individual control and social responsibility towards the environment.
The Minister of Environment, Nabil Masarweh, stressed the importance of preserving the ecological system, as it is the first thing that tourists and expatriates look at, indicating that Jordan’s ranking is good for the countries of the world, and excellent for the countries of the region.
In turn, the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, Nayef Al-Fayez, thanked the students of the Middle East University who participated in the campaign to clean Al-Mashta Palace and the road leading to Mount Nebo, stressing the ministry’s desire to support the university’s upcoming campaigns on an ongoing basis.
